
Though the total distance looks to be less, and I only have to run decently fast for the last half of it, I suppose all that starting/stopping wears on you after a while. I did not verify there are the same number of shuttles per level as the chart but it seems a reasonable assumption. I looked at the beep spacing of the first 10 levels and they match OP's chart: level 1 = 8 kph, 2 = 9 kph, 3 = 9.5 kph etc. Does anyone know what the Air Force Standard measurement for the 20m-HAMR is so we can start training for it? There are many versions of the 20m-HAMR and I'm sure we all want to know what exactly the Air Force Standard/Version is. I haven't found any specifics yet, just scoring charts and the talk of the 20m-HAMR being included. The AF Fitness Alternatives FAQ states that guidance will be released on myPERs and at the local fitness units, but no one has heard anything.
